I know this week has been tough. We've gone through so much turmoil as a nation which seriously effects our mental health. I know that now more than ever maintaining a positive mindset is the only way to get through the week.
I wanted to share a little tip that I do when I'm feeling anxious or just need a little motivation to get through anything hard. I change the wallpaper of my phone to a mantra. I have some of my favorites below for you to save and use for yourself!
