Motivation Monday

*insert yawn here*

We get it, you've got the classic case of "The Mondays". Well, lucky for you, todays blog post is going to be about motivation and encouragement. I sometimes find myself getting into ruts of anxiety and bad thoughts, but the thing that has always helped change my mindset from negative to positive is changing my thoughts.

Every night before bed I write down 3 things I am grateful for that are present in my life and on the next page I write 3 things I am grateful for that are in the future in which I am manifesting to happen to my life. I truly believe that when you change your negative thoughts to gratitude it can help your whole day turn around. Getting yourself a journal to write down your thoughts can be SO extremely helpful for you.

  • I am strong.
  • I am capable.
  • I am kind.
  • I am  giving.
  • I am healthy.
  • I am hopeful.
  • I am grateful for life.
