How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed and are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
International orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed and can take up to 10 business days following order processing for delivery through Local Post. Delivery dates may vary. By Samii Ryan is not responsible for import taxes/fees for international orders.
What is your return/refund policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer.
Sale items are not able to be returned.
Any defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to our customer service team before returning so we can handle the situation on a case by case basis. Undergarments including swim and other intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return/exchange.

Please make sure you check this list to make sure your return and refund get processed quickly:
- Add the correct returned items to the package.
- Write your Order Number clearly on the outside of the package or inside of the package in a note. Domestic order numbers start with #BSR, International order numbers start with GE.
- Clearly state what items you want to be returned in a note inside of the package.
Original Order Shipping Cost is NOT refundable.
We do not provide shipping labels for returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The customer service team member will process the refund for the full amount of the item and any applicable tax (MINUS SHIPPING FEES) back onto the original payment method. The return process can take anywhere from 7-10 business days. At any time during that process, our customer service team will be there to help answer questions.
